How to paste it into your email
Gmail in the browser
- Click “Copy signature”.
- In Gmail: settings gear, “See all settings”, “General” tab, “Signature” section.
- “Create new”, give it a name and paste into the box (Ctrl+V or Cmd+V).
- Choose it for new emails and replies, and click “Save changes” at the bottom of the page.
Outlook on the web and the new Outlook for Windows
- Click “Copy signature”.
- In Outlook: “Settings”, “Accounts”, “Signatures”, “New signature”.
- Paste into the box, save, and choose it for new messages and replies.
Classic Outlook for Windows
- Click “Copy signature”.
- In Outlook: “File”, “Options”, “Mail”, “Signatures”, “New”.
- Paste into the edit box and click “OK”.
- If your company blocks images, the logo shows once the reader allows them.
Apple Mail on the Mac
- Click “Copy signature”.
- In Mail: “Settings”, “Signatures”, “+” button.
- Uncheck “Always match my default message font” and paste into the box on the right.
Mail on iPhone or iPad
- Open this page on the iPhone and tap “Copy signature”.
- In “Settings”, “Apps”, “Mail”, “Signature”, paste.
- If the formatting is lost, shake the phone and tap “Undo”.
The Gmail app on Android
- That app only accepts a text signature: tap “Copy plain text”.
- In the app: menu, “Settings”, your account, “Mobile signature”, and paste.
