Save it for later (optional)
If you save it, the app gives you a private link to edit it again without creating an account, and hosts your logo and photo so that they show in your emails. You can delete it whenever you like; if it goes unused for 24 months, it is deleted automatically.

We store only your name, email, company, language, the date and this text. You can unsubscribe in any email.
How to paste it into your email
Gmail in the browser
- Click ‘Copy signature’.
- In Gmail: settings cog, ‘See all settings’, ‘General’ tab, ‘Signature’ section.
- ‘Create new’, give it a name and paste into the box (Ctrl+V or Cmd+V).
- Choose it for new emails and replies, and click ‘Save changes’ at the bottom of the page.
Outlook on the web and the new Outlook for Windows
- Click ‘Copy signature’.
- In Outlook: ‘Settings’, ‘Accounts’, ‘Signatures’, ‘New signature’.
- Paste into the box, save, and choose it for new messages and replies.
Classic Outlook for Windows
- Click ‘Copy signature’.
- In Outlook: ‘File’, ‘Options’, ‘Mail’, ‘Signatures’, ‘New’.
- Paste into the edit box and click ‘OK’.
- If your company blocks images, the logo appears once the reader allows them.
Apple Mail on the Mac
- Click ‘Copy signature’.
- In Mail: ‘Settings’, ‘Signatures’, ‘+’ button.
- Untick ‘Always match my default message font’ and paste into the box on the right.
Mail on iPhone or iPad
- Open this page on the iPhone and tap ‘Copy signature’.
- In ‘Settings’, ‘Apps’, ‘Mail’, ‘Signature’, paste.
- If the formatting is lost, shake the phone and tap ‘Undo’.
The Gmail app on Android
- That app only accepts a text signature: tap ‘Copy plain text’.
- In the app: menu, ‘Settings’, your account, ‘Mobile signature’, and paste.
